Please note – all international students must have health insurance (stateside) before the 1st day of school. Students without proof of health insurance will not be allowed to attend school until the requirement is met.
ALL immunizations must be approved by a U.S. physician and updated before your student attends school. Students may not attend classes at Memorial Hall School if immunizations are not updated and approved by a U.S. physician. No exceptions!
Students entering Memorial Hall must have their official School Transcripts transcribed by a certified U.S. agency for proper placement in classes. Students without U.S. approved transcribed grades from their county will not be placed in classes they may need for proper credits.
Memorial Hall School requires that parents of international students identify and designate a guardian, within the United States, to care for their son/daughter while enrolled in school.
The “Affidavit of Temporary Guardianship” below must be completed and signed by the parent of the minor/applicant AND the appointed guardian.
Parents living abroad, must give temporary guardianship of thier child to a local guardian appoionting them to be responsible for their child while in the US. There is an affidavfit for the temporary guardians as well, accepting responsibility of students while in the US. All documnets must be notorized and returned to the school.
