Campus Life
Memorial Hall School
Memorial Hall School believes Students Can and Do Learn. The atmosphere at Memorial Hall School has a warm inviting feeling the moment you walk through our doors. You are greeted by our smiling administrative assistant, Megan Bean, who is always eager to help and answer any questions you might have.
As you walk our halls you will hear laughter and intellectual interaction between our diverse student population and their teachers. Our students are so friendly and welcoming – always smiling and saying “hello” to everyone in the halls they pass.
Our small campus allows our students with direct access to the teachers and staff, which is helpful for language barriers to be easily overcome. Our team nurtures our students’ academic excellence and reinforces life skills by encouraging our students to be the best they can be. We truly believe that every student can, and will accomplish their dreams.
We have many activities throughout the year that include all of our students. Since most of our students are living here without their families, we make the most of the holidays having a feast at Thanksgiving and gift exchange at Christmas. The students participate in student council, plays, musical events, dance, science fair, journalism activities, Halloween, “Twin Day”, mock elections, numerous field trips, and various other activities that bring our student body together keeping them involved.
Working together, following our belief that Students Can and Do Learn while encouraging each student individually, as well as within our “MHS Family“, is what makes Memorial Hall such a unique place to learn.
